Hello Eric. I think this is a nice collection of photos. I think your first shallow DOF is the most successful. I like the position of the camera that you used and the blur works well in this one I think. I also think the your second out of focus one works great. It took me a few moments to figure out what I am looking at and I think that makes the image quite interesting. For the rest of your images, I would try to pick a slightly more interesting subject or I would try doing something with the subject that gives away less information about it - although I think the surrounding area is interesting to look at in your second DOF. So overall, I think you have some good images here.
