  1. I really enjoyed looking at your images. My favorite is first one almost black. The playing light on the face and body looks gorgeous and stunning. I like composition, idea and completeness. The second images not so strong as first one, but as well works great, because it tells us some story and I like that darkness. From white images I think the best is second with feeling how light comes inside and makes image white. From grey images my favorite is first one this composition already makes grey mood. Great images, I think you have some really good.

  2. I think you most successful photo is second almost black photo. The capturing of the lines on the wall and the tools hanging make the photo and good photo. I think your second white photo could benefit from ore editing. I like the overall idea though of using the light to help make the photo white.

  3. Hi Quinn. It's no surprise that you struggled a bit with these. All semester you've worked with a wonderful sense of light and depth in your images, and now you have to figure out how to create images with a very narrow tonal range. Don't force it so much and gravitate towards subjects that are already leaning towards those desired tones. I think it's also important to have something to say/express. Your images are trying to meet the technical side, but not the creative one. Good Luck!
