Hi Laura. You are definitely looking at the right kind of light. However, I do think you need to be more precise with your composition and more aggressive with your edits. I do love how you are using a frame inside of a frame and looking through layers! Nicely Done! Keep photographing for you finals, but know that these are a really nice start. Good Luck!
I think this is a very nice selection of photos. I can see that your edits really emphasize the light which I think fits this assignment pretty well. My favorite is image 4 - I like how there is a long sunlight on the carpet floor, coming out of the big windows. My suggestion would be to straighten some of the images out (including image 4), and possibly try to make the images look a little bit more unusual with the edits. But overall, I think these look great.
