I liked your photos for the last exercise, especially the ones taken form close to the ground. That was a cool idea and gives a cool perspective that isn't just from straight on or looking down. The photo of J for exercise 2 was really cool as well. I liked how in focus the hook was in the foreground of the picture but you get the contrast of it against the green in the background. My suggestion would be on the photos for exercise 3. The lights in that picture seem a little blown out, if you could retake pictures, making the lights a little sharper so we could see what those neon signs said.
Okay so the neon signs!!! YES, love. They look so awesome especially with the person in the picture, it makes it not as busy and you're eyes flow through the image easily without being overwhelmed. I loved that you chose to photograph the bench at night, if it were day time, it wouldn't have the same effect. Personally, I think the 3rd picture for #5 would be super cool if it was zoomed in and you can really see the detail of the fallen tree.
How did you get your photos to be next to each other? I was trying to do the same, but with no luck.
The photos I responded to the most were your hula-hoop ones and your 2nd human eye one. The colors and neon lights from your hula-hoop photos grabbed my attention. I also really enjoy how you include other people in some of your photos. It's interesting seeing truly candid shots. In your human eye photos, I thought the angle in which you captured the bulb on the tree really highlighted the subject. Your photos demonstrate a wide variety of environments, which I think is awesome.
Thank you, the 2nd human eye one is one of my favorites as well!
To answer you question, it's hard to describe how I get my photos to be next to each other, but I'm going to try. After I insert my first photo, I click on the space to the right. I insert my second photo - which will automatically insert it to the space below. Then I click on the space to the left of the second photo and I backspace. That should place them side-to-side, as long as they're not too large for the page. I hope that helps!
